~ Share ceremonial cacao or herbal tea

~ Learn 6 powerful songs and chants

~ Explore practices to connect to the sea and to your intuition (journaling, meditation, breath, embodiment)

~ Deepen into song as sacred offering

~ Awaken your ocean soul voice and create space to hear its wisdom

This is song as ocean medicine – the water of life sounding through your body. It is not song as performance, but song to receive, to sound and embody.

Song as creative ritual, sacred offering or prayer, energetic healing and emotional processing. Song to thank the waters and bring our relationship back into balance.

The songs we’ll share were all received here by the sea in Penzance, Cornwall.

We will begin by serving ceremonial cacao or foraged herbal tea, with an honouring of the water and these sacred plants. Pippa will share a guided meditation to connect to the sea, and practices to find the sea within us.

As we sound these soul songs together, we’ll also pause to journal on the guidance these songs offer you right now.

If weather permits, we’ll take our songs to the sea to complete our session! If not, we will stay in the warm for an ocean self-compassion journey.

You'll also receive a beautiful PDF of the songs afterwards to help you craft your own sea soul song practice.
